Wonder the status of shipping your order?
Did you place your order over the phone at 800-JR-Cigar?
Or did you place your order over the Internet at www.jrcigars.com?

Now you can track your shipment whether you placed your order on the phone or the web. Just enter your order number and customer id below.

You can find your Customer ID on the address label of your JR Cigars Catalog just above your name. It is usually a 7 character ID consisting mostly of numbers. i.e. 5123456 or A123456

It will take 24 to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be assigned to an order.
Tracking available for all UPS orders.
UPS re-uses tracking numbers, so ignore delivery records dated prior to your order date. Your package's records will appear, as UPS information is updated.
US Postal Service only has delivery confirmation.
Information may not be available from the Postal Service while the order is in transit.
